So I went an bought a used 870 to shoot some trap with the other day, I get about 80 rounds into it and the trigger refuses to reset with a cycle of the pump.
Both the bolt and the plate that mates to the pump arms appear ok. There are 2 sear mechanisms in the trigger unit that look like they could have chipped out / worn to the point where this could be the issue.
Can anyone post a profile picture of a near new 870 trigger group so I can compare with mine?
