Anyone use these? I picked up a box of 25 at Four Seasons in .40 S&W. 165grain hollow points. Kinda pricey at 29.99 a box for 25. They completely ran out of Federal hollow point ammo so I figured I would give this a try.

they work.

i used them in my SW1911 religiously in 185gr or 230gr (preferred).

i've also used them in my G23 in 180gr.

i prefer the heavier bullets.

lately it's been speer. but if I see the Golden Sabre's, I'll buy at least two boxes of each in .45 and .40 as I've never had any "issues" shooting, even with a filthy gun

Yup... The GS230 gr std pressure load in .45 ACP is probably the smoothest
feeding JHP on the market.

I tell people... if your gun won't run Golden Sabre 230s, it's probably really
broken. [laugh]
