Renewing Membership

I need to renew my range membership. Do I need to come down to renew or can I do that online? It looks like you can only join on the website. Can I just pay directly using PayPal?

I know my membership expires in January, but I'm not sure of the exact day I joined. Can I still get the renewal price if I end up paying a few days late?
