Try to think beyond your liberal emotional reaction and look at the facts I just laid out. If someone would do a Shield Arms and make an all steel mag and go the capacity up to 12 or 13 for the full size there would be no capacity drawback for a Glock 37 and the ballistics show it's more powerful than standard pressure .45 ACP in a smaller pistol.Leaving out the factory ammo problem (it's expensive and hard to find) I don't see how a smaller pistol that's easier to shoot and shoots faster than .45 ACP doesn't make it better than .45 ACP.I'm sure if the capacity of the .45 GAP Glocks and the ammo was as common as the .45 ACP was and the same price you and others would be singing a different tune.And because of that reality I do understand why people don't bother with it.
