If someone shoots that smaller grip framed .45 GAP better than a larger .45 ACP, then it's useful to that person.

I will say, I'm basing my opinion on things that are not universal to everyone. Not everyone is going to shoot better with that smaller grip, but those who are used to shooting 9mm (which is most people) will have the same size grip as their 9, but in .45.
