Subject: Reserve officer program special

Good Morning Everyone!

On behalf of Point Blank Body Armor, I would like to thank
everyone for their continued support of the Reserve Officers Program. I am
getting back in touch with everyone today to present a special only for the
month of June! We have our Hi-Lite H15 level IIIA ballistic vest, with a
microfiber carrier and a soft trauma insert available to the Reserve
officers for $250 per vest! This particular vest package has comparable
weight and thickness to our Vision level IIIA but at less than half the
price. This special will only be available for the month of June and will
expire June 30th. This special, of course is only open to reserve officers
that can provide a letter of intent from their department and a copy of
their reserve ID. I have enclosed the sizing forms. If anyone is
interested get in contact with me via email or my direct line is listed
below. Again an NIJ certified level IIIA vest for this price is an
unbelievable savings. Get the word out to the reserve community as this
special only has about 3 ½ weeks left on it. Thanks for your time, stay
safe!!!

I'm glad someone benefited from that program.

When I was a Reserve PO, our chief (prior one) refused to allow any of us to get vests . . . there was a combined Fed/State grant program where it would have cost the PD/town absolutely $0.00 to outfit everyone (FT and Reserve). It's only in the past ~12 years that the current chief outfitted the FT POs with vests . . . and when the Zylon problem cropped up, I gave him all the info and he told me "I'm not going to spend money to replace them!!" [shocked] [rolleyes]
