revisiting "push notifications" pop up again, please

last year i posted on this...

what are these "push notifications" that pop up keeps asking me about?

and now the message is back. i've clicked "never show again" after replying no to the notice. but, even after clicking never show again, it comes back. today is the 3rd day that message popped up. it's annoying but not inhibiting my usage of the nes site, but i'd like them to stop.

Your browser is not setting cookies properly for some reason. I've taken an extra step on our side to (hopefully) permanently disable them for you.
