Today marks the passing of Past NRA President Richard Riley.

A cornerstone of New Hampshire politics, Mr. Riley was the founder and first President of Gun Owners of New Hampshire (GONH). Before GOHN, he was a member of the New Hampshire State Senate where he chaired the Wildlife, Fish and Game and Agriculture Committee.

It was during the 1980 GOHN Presidential Debate that then Governor Ronald Reagan declared, "I paid for this microphone!"

Serving as NRA President from 1990 to 1992, Dick Riley's vision and leadership in the fight to defend the Second Amendment will truly be missed.
