Yesterday evening John Linebaugh passed away. He was a legend in the firearms community, a modern day Elmer Keith...I chatted with him a few short weeks ago at the Irma hotel and he was vibrant and showed no signs of ill health. I'm not a praying sort, but if you are keep him in your thoughts.
He was good to everyone he encountered and was incredibly well regarded in Cody. He will be missed not only for his remarkable accomplishments in our community, but for his spirit and soul.
