Rock river arms pre ban(1994) lowers ?

how long has RRA been in business ? Someone asked me if I knew where to get a RRA preban rifle......I just had to go hmmm

Google search reveals that the company was founded in 1994 but Wiki states that the co. didnt start manufacturing AR15s under the RRA name until 1997.
