I was wonder if anyone has heard of a Roma 22. Short single shot revolver. I'm not even sure how many rounds it holds. It was made in Germany. A guy I know got a bunch from somebody. Just wondering how old they are and if anyone has had any encounters with one. Thanks guys much appreciated.

Roma ... or Rome .22 revolver. The Rome's were made in the late 1800's and were cheaply made and widely available, and came in multiple small calibers. Beyond that, I know little about them. I handled one a friend of mine had and

.... Ugh, put phone down and it posted.

...friend of mine and it felt poorly balanced and a bit off in fit. He ha never fired it and we concluded that it may be a good thing. As the chambers were not even spaced evenly on the cylinder.

It was no single shot by design, but it might have gone the way if fired, who knows.
