Anyone have any experience with the Circuit Judge?

I dont know why I like it, but I do.... Looking for a little more powerful brush gun than my 357 carbine...Which is plenty for Deer, but not enough for Moose...

I also have a 308, but I don't know why I'm kind of enamored with the Circuit Judge, its probably because its a revolver....

Or should I just go and get a 45/70.....

I Know the 308 is plenty for everything in North America, is the 45LC underpowered for Moose? I'll probably never use the 410 ability of this gun, since I love my 20ga's....

Thanks in advance...

cool looking guns but i don't know if i'd buy one. i've had bad experience with rossi (taurus) stuff.

and they stole my gun sock when i sent the gun in for repair the second time. after the third time i got rid of it.

YMMV.

Not if you hit him in the right spot [smile]

I honestly wouldn't trust a Rossi or Taurus revolver.

Seen too many blown up.

However, their lever actions are pretty nice, especially the stainless R-92 models, which can also be had in .357, .44 & .45LC.
