Because its just barely over 50 ounces, stupid AWB pistol bullshit may apply. Gun has a pistol grip and a barrel shroud type thing as part of the stock. Barrel might be threaded, too.

There are a few folks on here from MA with them. So they are out there. How they got here is none of my business.

I think they are cool for what they are. Every firearm seems to have their fanboys. I gotta say though, that takedown model strikes me as sexy.
