Anyone know why this problem might be happening. Each jam is the same, I attached a picture.

Thanks for the info, it is happening about two out of fifty rounds. I labelled the mags and found no difference. I had taken the pistol apart to clean for the first time since buying it used. Never had a problem before I took it apart.
You may have too much lube or not enough lube. There is a happy medium that they need to function and not crap up.
I only have that problem when mine is very dirty. I use Mobile 1 as my lube to help fight carbon deposits
I'd guess too little, based upon my experience with Ruger autos.
And I second the recommendation of Mobil 1.
