I found this on gunbroker, and the rifle is located in MA. The seller states that the rifle shoots one round on pulling the trigger, and another round on releasing the trigger. He states that the trigger modification is OK per a letter from the BATFE.
Does this pass the sniff test of MA firearms law?

"For your consideration is a Ruger Mini 30 in the low recoil and cheap 7.62x39 AK round. This rifle is in exceptional condition. The stock is perfect without any marks or dents. The action is smooth and quick. This rifle has a trigger modification (speed trigger) that allows the shooter to shoot at a rate of 450 RPM should they so choose.
