Ruger SR1911 - What's difference between the models "6700" and "06700"?

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knew what the difference is between Model #6700 and #06700? These are listed as 2 separate guns on the MA Approved Firearms Roster. I only find #6700 listed on the Ruger site.
