Hoping one or more of you have one of the Smith & Wesson "Pro Series" 1911 Product #178011 in .45 cal. and can tell me exactly how much it weighs with the empty magazine in.
IDPA Reg's limit allowable weight to 41oz's and that is whatthe S&W web site calls this one.![Grin [grin] [grin]](/xen/styles/default/xenforo/smilies.vb/041.gif)
BUT, some of their models in 1911's are not correctly listed.![Angry [angry] [angry]](/xen/styles/default/xenforo/smilies.vb/008.gif)
I was looking at the Doug Koenig model which their web site says is 41 oz's, the catalog says 41.3 oz's on one page and 41.7 ozs on another page, and when I called Cust. Svc to weigh one for me, it was 41.9 oz's
Please let me know what your "Pro Series, 1911, .45, Product Code 178011 weighs.
thanks
ken
