So the last time I took my new S&W 1911Sc to the range, after about 100 rounds or so my magazine fell completely out (not a kb) and it sent the magazine release pin flying (parts 19-21 on this diagram: http://gunbuilders.info/index.php?page=diagram). I'm pretty sure I got all the pieces picked up off the floor, but after poking at it for a few minutes I can't get it to stay back together. Has anyone else had this happen to them before, or does anyone have any tips on reassembling this? This is the second problem I had with this gun, the first time I had to send it back to S&W because of a thumb-safety issue and it took them two weeks to get it back to me.
I'd like to fix this myself if at all possible so I don't have to be without my 1911 for weeks on end. I've got some pictures here:

Any thoughts?
