S+W 22A too heavy

Of course, here in Mass., I have the 5.5" bull barrel and the huge wood grips... I'm definitely replacing the grips, but are there any suggestions for removing weight from this gun? (should I have got the Ruger?)

Put the 4" barrel and standard gips on it...
