Has anyone read the book, or seen the movie, “Sarah’s Key”? While the storyline is fictional, the roundup of people of Jewish descent, and their shipment to Auschwitz, ***by the French***, is not. This made me think, “This could happen anywhere, and this is just one of reasons the founding fathers gave us the 2nd Amendment.” Had those 75,721 people (and the 6 million total) been armed with more than screams and cries, the outcome may have been different.
