I'm getting this when viewing the WTS/WTT Handgun forum

Me too.

Looks like MBAM is blocking ibb.co for spreading Ransom.SyncCrypt which hides inside jpegs. ibb.co is a free image hosting site.

There is no way to decrypt files encrypted by SyncCrypt for free.

Someone here must be using ibb.co for image hosting perhaps for their avatar pic. I think it's a recently posted classified ad.

You're spot on! I believe it's the most recent ad (14 for sale). I was thinking those ad preview pics were hosted on NES' server -- apparently not.
