Sen Boxer - Guns at campsites "national security threat"

Man these people live in a bubble...they have been politicians so long they have no idea how the real world works. Most - like o-loser - never even had a real private sector job. Ironically they all have armed security to boot. So I guess if a family gets killed by a bear it's OK.

As these kooks view it, a bear in a park is in its natural habitat so ok if they kill a human. A man's natural habitat is in the city, inside a building and behind a fence, apparently....

Senator Boxer is comfortable in the woods without a gun. It's her natural environment.

My cousin was an Army Ranger back in the 80's and was doing a drill in Alaska (they were rope climbing a mountain). As they scaled the mountain, his buddy reached the top first and was immediately attacked by a bear. My cousin reached topside and fired two warning shots but the bear didn't stop. He finally shot and killed the bear to save his buddy. Well as a result he violated some law and the locals were mad he killed a bear and ended up spending time in jail.

They need to ban prayer in campsites. After all, terrorist attacks are often done on behalf of the offender's religion. I see that as a greater threat to national security.

"Boxer said allowing more guns on Corps property "would increase danger to dams, flood control systems, and other crucial water projects."

Wha..???

After reading this stuff, how you can keep from being completely pissed off is beyond me, these people are effing nuts. They are BEGGING for a response

At some level, you have to wonder if it's not what they really want

I just can't. It hurts my head reading that.

But the comments are great! [laugh]

Her face is a national security threat.

It's statements like this that prove Barbara Boxer is the victim of her own wild, drug laden, partying during the '60's and beyond! Sad, but there is a slim possibility that she and Nancy Pelosi both were fully functional human beings at some stage of their lives; now they sit in a pile of their own mental vomit, victims of drug induced dementia for all to see.

BTW, isn't there a national park on the Mexico/AZ border that's closed to the public for being too dangerous because it has been taken over by illegal aliens ????

Just remember ladies and gentlemen they think those of us who like guns and camping are more of a threat than suicidal jihadists in a city or Saudi chemical engineers paying Quabbin a late night visit.

Because all the campfire arguments turning to gun-play after the park's bill was signed has turned the parks into a blood-bath...

Oops, no it hasn't.

Sorry Boxer, Nazi's aren't for kids.

She is a danger to self and others. Get the jacket...

According to Fox News, Boxer said allowing more guns on Corps property "would increase danger to dams, flood control systems, and other crucial water projects." She added, "This critical infrastructure is a target for terrorists," and loosening firearm restrictions on it "sets up a national security threat."

Yeah....because all those terrorist will be like "cool.....it is now legal to carry a loaded fire arm on army corps of engineer land so we are good to go with our dastardly plans"! Friggin unreal......

Indeed, we had a gaggle of them camping out here and no firearms were mentioned in the news story. Just hi-cap Chem-E degrees.

Indeed.....just more proof that the antis will fabricate any BS reason to oppose our constitutional rights.

A lot of terrorists respect "gun free zones". At least, some of them do. Well a couple. Maybe one did. once. someplace. Or maybe that was someone else. At least he was never charged with anything. Oh forget it.

I would go to jail if I had absolutely no choice but to shoot and possibly kill a bear to save my friend,

Taking the incidence as you say your friend did the right thing

Didn't you know you can take out a dam with just one shot from those extra killy assualt rifles? Especially if they have the cop killing , heat seeking ,armor peircing assualt bullets. According to Jessie Jackson one round can blow up a train or shoot down a plane. Think of the children man!
[rolleyes]
