Shots fire in Indiana middle school. Suspect in custody

Keep up the same policies, results will repeat. Enough of this shit. Someone needs to grow a set and slap these useless officials into reality. If the 2A is destroyed, we will be invaded by some other country. I supoose those who love socialism will get all wet when it happens. Until they and their families are blindfolded and standing on the side of the pit waiting for the headshot.

is it me or do a majority of these things take place on Fridays.....

Fridays AFTER massive media coverage and glorification of the last POS. I think that the real problem is not Fridays, it's the media. It seems they already know this from publicizing suicides, but these types of shooting further their agenda for their masters.

This one was a SEVENTH grader, who had TWO handguns. What the actual Hell?

I see a lot of 'safe storage' bills being introduced in the very near future. Do all states do like MA and not charge sales tax on gun safes?

They don't want to dilute their holy war so they'll just stick with their confiscation bills for now. You can't improperly store what you don't have.

Ex-SIU DE Jason Seaman shot 3 times, intervened to stop attacker

Jason Seaman, a former defensive lineman at Southern Illinois, was the teacher who intervened to help stop a shooter at a middle school in Indiana on Friday.

Seaman was shot three times -- in his abdomen, hip and forearm -- after a student armed with two handguns opened fire at Noblesville West Middle School in suburban Indianapolis on Friday morning.

Science teacher who tackled Noblesville West Middle School shooter releases statement

From his hospital bed, Seaman released a statement thanking Noblesville and first responders:

"First of all, thank you to the first responders from Noblesville and Fishers for their immediate action and care. I want to let everyone know that I was injured but am doing great. To all students, you are all wonderful and I thank you for your support. You are the reason I teach."

A Facebook account believed to belong to Seamon's mother posted the following message:

"Please pray for my son Jason. This morning there was a shooting at his high school Noblesville West Jr. High. He was hit 3 times & is undergoing surgery now. We are told he is in good condition but haven't gotten to see him yet. I thank God that no one was killed."

Seaman played football for Southern Illinois University.

Head SIU football coach Nick Hill played a season with Seaman.

"He was a great teammate, one of the team's hardest workers. You could always trust him to do the right thing," Hill said.

Meanwhile, another teacher in denial...but at least did the lock, hide then run drill. As much as we can ask from some. Glad she didn’t freeze or just have the kids hide under their desks like a Midwest tornado drill.

Indiana teacher survives Las Vegas massacre to protect students during school shooting eight months later

When bullets started flying at Noblesville West Middle School the morning of May 25, Alexander, who works as an assistant to special education students, said she initially tried to dismiss her concerns as paranoia. “I tried to make sense of it,” she explained. “I think since Vegas, when there’s been fireworks or balloons popping, there’s just been a lot of noise triggers for me. I have to make reality of it. I have to make up, ‘Oh, it’s just balloons. It’s just fireworks.’ I have to make truth to it. So when, I heard, I was just like, ‘Oh it’s just kids at the end of the year.” But she quickly learned that the reality of her situation was as terrifying as she had initially anticipated — though she did not let that stop her from protecting her students. Alexander locked the door to her classroom, where she and her class remained sheltered until they felt safe enough to run for the exit.“
