As pinefd mentioned, there are various options.

I got one of the early ones and like it a lot, the TacDev Rip Stick.

When using it, I can use my thumb on the charging handle hand to actuate the slide lock. But other people prefer rear sight plate versions. Some people prefer top-protruding versions either in front or in the rear. They all have pros/cons.
