sig caliber kits-p220

i am in the need for a barrel for my sig p220, and no one has one in stock. being the impatient person i am, i am considering picking up an exchange kit (a few on ebay) and was wondering if they will fit my particular piece. its a non railed, NH p220, 4.4". i see the kits stating they are meant to fit the p220 and convert if to 45 from 22lr, and that is what has me confused, as i didnt know they made the p220 in 22lr/ anyone have any first hand knowledge of the caliber exchange kits for the p220? thanks
