Sig P220 Dark Elite

I think i've decided that the Sig P220 Dark Elite will be the next pistol i need to own. The MSRP on the Sig site is $1200.00 I found a dealer that will order me one for $940.00 The other two haven't returned my calls. Does $940.00 sound like a decent price or do i need to try other dealers?
