Sig p229 rail wear????

.  I have 200 rounds through sig 229 40.  I have noticed pretty bad wear on the frame rail. Its in the middle of the frame on both sides in the exact spot. Please tell me this is normal

take a pic of it, but yes rail finish wear is normal on sigs.

My p229 9mm wore a bit during break in time. Then it stopped. I was first mortified, now not so much. It's the nature of the beast.
If it continues to grind, then you have a problem

Same here. I don't worry.

Ok thanks guys. Sig wants to take a look at it, so it's being shipped to Exeter today. We will see will se what they say.
