No legal issues with you buying one. Ask some dealers and see if any are selling FCUs.

One thing with the FCUs is that they’re non-safety. And the regular P320s on the approved rosters are safety versions. The X-Five is on the target list, but the FCUs are assuredly not X-Five FCUs.
