Ok. I see there are 3 versions and I guess the one with a Folding Stock requires a "stamp".

That would be my guess as well -- it would be an SBR.
Thats kinda cool. But I would think its not legal to use. Maybe you could buy it but as far as I understand the AWB as it applies to handguns, you can't be able to have a shroud like device on it that allows you to hold it with your offhand. Certainly just my guess, but I'd like to know.
You can buy it on Amazon(NOT the folding stock version). So I guess it is legal. Not in CA I believe.

It's either a super cumbersome handgun, or rifle with a pistol barrel. Both are kinda like a screen door on a submarine

the glock sbf above is a rifle
the acp is a pistol, totally different. no tax stamp for the acp
unless you go the stock route. seems like it would
add a few pounds (not sure of the weight) to a pistol,
looks cool, but not sure about the function factor

I have one with a p226 mounted in it. I have the laser and a red dot on top. You use it with a sling so you can stabilize it. It certainly would be better with the butt stock if you wanted to sbr it. I bought it because it sort of gives you the idea of a sub gun. It is i bit bulky but the weight stabilizes the pistol and you can really put rds on target with the laser easy. Tight groups. The anti gun nuts will love to ban it as it looks evil!
