Ok, so the manual is pretty cut and dry. "for windage adjustment, sight must strongly be pushed to the right or left." However, I can get mine to move. So, I figured I would turn to a wicked large audience for help. Any ideas?

Sight adjustment help on PK380

I assume you mean "can't" get yours to move. A hammer and punch - can be used to drift the sight - of course fine adjustments are tough. They make 'sight pushers' for this purpose, maybe somebody here has one that you cna borrow.
