Smith and Wesson Model 1000 shotgun

Hey everyone,

I've been looking around for some info on the S&W Model 1000 semi auto shotgun. I saw one at a local shop recently, and I haven't been able to find much on reviews, feedback, and how it stacks up to other shotguns. I'm particularly interested to see how it compares with a Remington 1100, since they seem similar in price. Does anyone have any feedback or links so I can make a comparison between the model 1000 and the 1100? The primary use will be trap and skeet.

the only real down size is parts and goodies for them....I know of 2 shooters in the ATA that shhot them and love them.
