Finally got a 617! The DA trigger pull was quite heavy at 12# and it was originally a 6-shot. Here is what I did to lighten the pull reliably, convert it to 10-shot, and get it ready for Steel Challenge!

FYI ... you don't need to spend money on the moon clip accessory for the belt if you will use it in steel challenge.
You also don't need a belt or holster. You will compete against the other .22LR handguns.
I like the 10 shot conversion.
Moon clips? There are no moon clips for 22LR, or in this video.
It is a speed loader holder. Which helps you load for the next string, whether you are loading 10 at a time, or if you have 10 pre-loaded.
You can do low ready, and have speed loaders on the belt. Or have the speed beez on a bench. I find it nice to be able to holster an pistol, be it 22LR or whatever
