smith wesson m+P magazine compatibility

Ok, this may be a silly question but here goes.
Has anyone tried, or know whether the SW99 magazines are compatible with the M+P magazines?

I'm 99.9% sure that they're not compatible.... I know for a fact
at least in the full size guns they're not.

I can confirm my Walther P99 (same as SW99) mags DO NOT work with the M&P9 mags and vice versa.

The M&P mags fit in M&Ps only.
