S&W model 61-2 I know, I know it's just a .22lr pocket pistol. True it's nothing fancy but it's a new toy with a lot of history. I find interest in things older than myself haha.

I feel better knowing you picked up rather than shipping it.

Yeah I decided I needed a half day [smile] Left work at noon and I just got home 45 minutes ago. I wanted to test it out thursday but I'm already itching so I might hit manchester tomorrow night for ladies night and bring the Mrs. She don't know I even bought a new gun yet so what better place to tell her than at the range in front of strangers so she can't yell at me. Then again she'll have a gun in her hand so maybe I'll go alone[laugh] Sorry we couldn't meet up to do the transaction but it went pretty damn smooth regardless. Thanks again.

Ill post for you, ease the separation anxiety

Heres a few shots, the white is how I got it and one day later she already has a new set of grips [smile] For those of you who believe in leaving older guns the way they are don't worry, I'm keeping the pearl grips for values sake. Sorry for the bad pics but this baby is so shiny I couldn't put it in direct light cause the pics kept coming out like white blurs.

The Peter that I refer to has a son, named Brad, who likes to call himself Bradley J.

Peter works for Fred Church Insurance.

Peter and I coordinated the Troop 80 (Dracut, MA) 1997 trip to the National Boy Scout Jamboree. I was the committee chairman for the troop at the time.

Nope, no Peter here. But out of curiosity what insurance company??
