Selling because my safe is stuffed and I’m hoping I can help out a good American MA resident own a scary rifle before 8/1. does not come with site or magazine

I reserve the right to back out of any agreement to sell if, upon meeting a potential buyer, it is clear that they suffer from mental illness. Definitive signs include things such as bumper stickers, t-shirts, hats or an outright confession that the buyer supports or intends to vote for any communist at the state or federal level. If you align yourself with this particular party, you are not only a jack ass but you aren’t right in the head… I don’t make this stuff up it’s just the way it is! Anyone else with a valid MA LTC should be fine.

I will comply with all Federal and State Laws. If the firearm is to be shipped, you must provide me with a signed copy of your dealer's FFL (or your 03FFL if this is a Curio and Relic). For private party face-to-face transactions (only permitted by Fed law when both buyer and seller live in same state), I will meet all applicable state and federal laws.
When ammunition, magazines or other regulated items are sold/bought or traded as part of this transaction, I agree to follow all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to these items.
