Per LOK these come with hardware but I don’t have that. Not sure if they started including it at a later time after I bought these. I can include some standard Wilson combat 1911 grip screws and o-rings shown in updated image. You can also probably get the hardware from LOK for fairly cheap too.
These are $85 new from LOK. Didn't end up using this pair so selling.
