Some settings are greyed out

In the reply box all of the quick insert keys, smilies, everything is greyed out. Did I noob a setting or something?

try clearing your cache and see if things work right. I couldn't find any settings that would turn those off.

I'm having the same problem the past few days on my Samsung Galaxy S10+, running Brave browser. Clearing the cache didn't fix it for me. Any other thoughts?

Nevermind, the second time clearing cache worked. Weird, but solved.
