Speaking of Magazines

How do I tell if an AR-15 magazine is pre ban? Do they have manufacture dates on them?

Some do and some don't. One way is by the manufacturer and when they started making mags like C Products which is post ban. The other would be the date stamp whether on the outside or inside of the mag.
