Spikes Tactical AR stripped lowers: any good at $89

I'll have 2 on tuesday, I'll post a review and pictures.
I can say their customer service is great so far.

I was looking at these too. The only difference I can see between this lower and the one double the price is that this one is marked "Safe/Semi/Auto" and the full priced one is marked "Safe/Fire". Is that correct?

If that is the case, what do you guys think? Would YOU buy a lower marked Safe/Semi/Auto for a regular semi? I was also thinking about buying multiple lowers and putting them away for a rainy day, but I wouldn't want a lower that I couldn't resell easily in the future.

I noticed this too and was wondering if it would cause us any problems especially here in Ma. I e-mailed them to ask if it was available at that price with only safe and semi markings.

The deal on the $89 lowers is a great one, don't pass it up if you need a few lowers. Spikes may have an issue with a vendor that was put out in the public but that doesn't mean the quality of their lowers suddenly dropped.

I'm set for lowers for now, but it just seemed like a great deal. I can wait and if need be I'll pony up a few dollars more for a product with a less shady supplier.

I ran through this when trying to get a group buy together on AR 22 uppers from spikes.

My question is who didnt raise their prices after the election or when gas and metal prices jacked last year. Well metal and gas are way down and the prices for everything is still high. Allthough I have seen a bit of a reduction all around.

Spikes was OK on the Customer service part in the start, but when it was to hard for me to handle the shipping and orders. I emailed them about a group by on NES for uppers.

I got a "to busy to do that right now".
I also got no where with any "dealer" yet as to where or who to get a AR 22lr upper and mags for massachusetts buyer.

Model 1 Sales was the only ones who straight up told me "We offer no discounts" web site price is what it is.

Anvil has a lifetime warrantee. Don't know if Spikes does.

I have time on my hands to decide. I need to save up first before buying these.
