I recently picked up an SR1911, used, from a local store. The gun is awesome, better than any other 1911 I've ever shot, so nice my wife declared it to be hers and I then picked up another from a NESer, also a damn fine pistol. The first one came with a fiber optic front sight and blacked out Novak rear sights, the second with standard Novak front and rear sights.
Was the fiber optic front sight an option on the SR1911, or more likely an addition by the previous owner?
