Some looser with no authority trying to get into some guys pants by telling him what he thinks he wants to hear.
 
If you are honestly worried about mass confiscations, buy yourself a lower from a private party or a dealer who understands that he shouldn't file an eFA10 for the sale (because the state of MA doesn't consider a lower to be a firearm).

At this point the state has no idea you have it and you are in full compliance with all state and federal laws.

Keep it in this unbuilt form until it needs to be used.

Except the dealer has to do a 4473 when he sells it to you. So the Feds have a record anyway. Even a private party transaction. The original buyer got a 4473. About the only thing that bis truly private is probably an 80%
 
Reposting articles where the "informant" is anonymous is flipping a coin - heads the person isn't anywhere as high up as they claim to be, or is selling a story regardless of it's factuality - tails it is a 'journalist' publishing their thinly veiled opinion while claiming it came from an anonymous source.

He did a 4473. But it's his. Not the Feds. It doesn't get sent to the feds. The feds don't get a copy of it.
It can be viewed during a compliance inspection. But it can't be searched unless the feds are actually at the dealer's.

With a private transaction, the original buyer got a 4473. But any subsequent transactions do not require any paperwork to be created or kept when transferring a lower in order to be lawful. If the cops say "who did you sell this to", you can legitimately say "I don't remember and I don't have any paperwork".

If you want truly private with no electronic paper trail (emails, texts, phone calls) , a cash purchase at a gun show also works. You see it, you have a conversation with a non-dealer who hands you the receiver and you hand him money.

Even buying an 80% lower leaves a paper trail if there is email or text. Or if its an online purchase, or even any purchase wit a credit card.

Buyer's of Polymer80's buy/ build/shoot kit all got calls or visits from the ATF.

That sucks that we elect a government to serve us.

And they behind closed doors are trying to take away rights we were born with and they cannot interfere with since they are protected rights.

It sucks they use our tax dollars to conspire against us "we the people" to take away our God given rights.
 
Granted it's one of the Lefts illusion of grandeur but it just ain't gonna happen.
