Storm lake ported barrel on an m&p

I have a KKM 9mm in my M&P compact. It's a conversion barrel from 40 to 9. I can't speak for any before and after accuracy, but the barrel dropped in perfect. I've had zero problems w/function and the gun shoots more accurate than me. ps not ported

When you say extended do you mean running a full size BBL in a compact or a drop-in ported BBL ? I asked around about the porting before I went w/the KKM. The consensus was it's not worth porting a 9. Most people saw no REAL difference.
For accuracy to increase, you will need to increase the sight radius. A longer barrel is not going to be more or less accurate
A proper comp will make a difference, but I agree the storm lake port will do nothing

I have a ported storm lake barrel on my Open Minor-10 M&P. It's more for show, it doesn't shoot any different that with a stock barrel. The only reason I bought the barrel was that I bought a dedicated slide without a barrel and needed to buy one anyway.
