Sturdy Memorial Radio Club

So, I went to the meeting last night. I put in my app and will be voted in next meeting. I figured that by joining a club I'll have a lot of local resources close by the house.

I'm pretty excited...there's a lot of good people in that club...and it was a very warm welcome to boot. Some of the guys even offered up a lot of old equipment. Switches, duplexers, etc...one even said that they might have an old Yaseu HF rig I can have...so we'll see how this all goes.

At the most...there's a lot of good infomation in these guys heads that I can pick at....

it is same night as our scout meetings :-( we sometimes show up late if scout meeting is early.
