Martial Gun LLC Dave Harrington Combatspeed Gun Handling Program. The class is a three day pistol course. Class cost is $450.00 for three days training.

Dates of training: October 30th, 31st, and Nov. 1st...

Location: Pelham, NH

Martial Gun LLC Combatspeed Gun Handling Program This three (3) day training program is designed for the serious practitioner.

The Martial Gun LLC Combatspeed Gun Handling Program will provide a method in which you may acquire and/or enhance your mental discipline to exclude distraction and increase your powers of observation and focused awareness.

When fighting with a pistol (or any firearm), your ability to remain calm and situationally aware under the pressures of combat is greatly enhanced by total confidence in your equipment and your skill to correctly employ and/or efficiently manipulate it (or them) with either hand (let alone both hands!).

Being able to acquire the ability to actively monitor (or “know”) the working condition of your pistol across the spectrum of getting your pistol into action, keeping it in action, and/or getting it back into action requires disciplined effort.

What you think you know, and what you think you can do, will not support your survival and/or the survival of your loved ones. If or when you are required to use your pistol to thwart an adversary threatening the physical wellbeing of you and/or your loved ones, there is only what you are willing to do, and what you are capable of doing.

The natural progression, complexity, and physical difficulty of the exercises will produce the environment required of the mind and body to learn “what is correct”, “what to look for”, “what it looks like when you see it”, “what it feels like”, and what it sounds like” when the pistol is functioning properly.

The same can be said in respect to any type of interruption (or malfunction) of the pistols cycle of operation. You will learn how to condition yourself to immediately recognize that the pistol has malfunctioned, make the appropriate analysis to identify the malfunction for what it is, and make sound decision(s), and take the appropriate physical action(s) without hesitation to get the pistol back into action.

The best instructor I have trained with. Sold dude, unbelievable knowledge base. Too bad my leave rotation is in September, Id love to attend. Im envious of everyone thats going to get to train with Dave, you'll get more with him than you will anywhere else, he is what other instructors strive to be. At the end of the day you can either get some guy who wants to be of this caliber and experience the writes about it in SWAT mag, or a living legend. This is a whole other level with a guy that has lived what he teaches, not some fat, out of shape poser. Enjoy all.

Took Dave's carbine class last year. Consider me 100% "in" for this pistol course. Let me know details about deposit/registration.

Dave is an no s*@t a guy out there as you'll ever meet. I learned more in a few days at his carbine class than in years of prior training/practice. (which may not be saying much in my personal case, but you get the idea). The thought of three days learning from him is awesome.

Thanks for putting this together.

Steve

Three days of Super Dave AND I get to shoot with Derek? I think I'm having a hot flash. [laugh]

I certainly thought that the Carbine Course was terrific. I will give this careful thought. Two concerns:

Where will it be held?
When the cash might be due? (Wife must be involved in the decision)

wow sounds interesting! When and where is it exactly or am I just stupid and didnt catch it in the OP.

Truth in Advertising.

"The Martial Gun LLC Combatspeed Gun Handling Program will provide a method in which you may acquire and/or enhance your mental discipline to exclude distraction and increase your powers of observation and focused awareness. "

This line from the course description is a perfect example of "truth in advertising". Partway through Dave's carbine course I had a revelation that what he was doing was probably more about getting into our heads than just about the mechanics and techniques of shooting. It was the most effective training technique I have ever been exposed to, regardless of subject matter.

This is a rare opportunity to train with one of the best.

Steve

This is a pistol course...3-days of training for $450...On an 8hour training day that is $18.75 per hour. If you have ever taken a Dave Harrington course you know that he will train until they force us off of the range.

Rumor has it Dave will be back next year for a carbine course. I'll be at that one too.

MRJ, I am interested in the class. The dates are good, but where might the training be held? Somewhere in MA or north would be best.

Keep us posted.

Dave Harrington has committed to the dates provided. I am in the process of finalizing a location. We are getting close to minimum class size. I will message the interested parties with payment information at the end of July. If anyone has any questions please pm.

Regards,
Morgan

Please pm me your intentions on attending the course. I need to get a solid idea of who will be attending the course.

Regards,
Morgan

Change of Dates:

Due to Sheduling conflict we are forced to change the dates to the last weekend in October 2009.

New Dates as follow:

October 30, 31st and November 1st.

These are now Hard Dates....

Definitely interested - embarassingly, don't yet have a firearm due to spousal threats of abandonment[frown] - can borrow a glock from my brother-in-law... does that get me into the program?

How many slots are left? If my leave rotation works out I'll be able to attend, and will. How are you working payments Morgan?
