It is, and that's why I'm glad they did it. Let's get this overwith on the SCOTUS level.

What I'm discouraged (but not at all surprised) by is that the gun-owning public in the VAST hinterlands of NYS that isn't the city? The public that presumably owns the most guns? They're not making noises about how ridiculous this law is. Or? Maybe they are, and we're just not hearing about it outside their own little regional bubble.

I'd hope that if MA did this, our GOAL people would be front and center. Does NYS just not have a Jim Wallace?
