Taurus Millenium Pro at Basspro

So I was flipping through the latest circular from the Foxboro Basspro and noticed towards the end that they had the Taurus Millenium Pro .45 ACP for sale $439.99. Isn't Taurus not Mass compliant? I looked on "the list" and no Taurus. And I always read peoples posts on this forum about them not being compliant.

Don't get your hopes up. You're right, Taurus is not approved for sale in MA. It would probably cost too much to print flyers for stores behind enemy lines.

I'm not getting my hopes up really. Although it looks like a sweet little gun. Here is the link. It's for their fathers day sale. According to this they have it at the Basspro in Foxboro. Page 36-37 in the online one. I had actually received the paper one in the mail and it had the same add.
