Do I agree with the sentiment? Yes.
Do I agree with sharing it? Yes.
Do I understand people's dislike of the FORM of his expression? Yes.
Would I ask him to take it down? Hell no. I absolutely applaud the mayor for his understanding of free speech.

And the last line in the article is great, Amazon has "several versions" available. Bezos, the capitalist/Socialist...

Again we are dealing with a double standard. If that flag had said, F Trump then every democrat in the country would be shouting from the rooftops, free speech, free speech!!!! As long as you say what they want to hear, then everything you say is protected by the constitution. Would I hang a flag like that on my house, absolutely not? But I wouldn't stop anyone else from doing it. If it were up to the Democrats they would burn the constitution today. Thankfully, they haven't found a way to do that, yet. But just give them a little more time.

They'd burn the constitution, the flag, you, your house and your car.

Some town mayors in MA would have your house bulldozed.

I don't think that would happen in Tennessee.

I don't either, it's the mindset I was actually referring to. Let's see what July and August bring in Memphis and Nashville especially if the power grid fails from the heat.

I'm not sure why this merits any attention at all let alone an article in the Washington Examiner. It's unremarkable.

People complain to the government all the time about things the government is powerless to deal with.

It is because some people ( control freak types ) see government as the "ultimate force" which they try to use to their benefit to screw over some other individual or group.

It will never happen where they know they can't get away with it.

I really can't stand this tribalist nonsense. If it's my flag it's good, if it's not then it's bad. Christ don't people have better things to do than constantly complain?

Actually they don't.....because most of them are irresponsible and all their other lifes needs are being met ( and it's usually at someone else's expense) , therefore allowing them free time to engage in the petty nonsense that they do.
This mindset was hugely brought to the forefront in society via the Obozo regime.

If those same people had to actually engage in even a slight amount of fending for their daily existance, they wouldn't have the time for the BS that has become such an integral part of their lives. When one must provide for one's self, that usually takes priority over other things.
