Thank you dad Colt pics!

This Colt was a commission from a son for his dad on the occasion of his mom and dads 50th wedding anniversary. It started as a Series 70 Colt. Work included new slide to frame fit, S/A high rise beavertail, Wilson hammer,EGW thick flange bushing and plug. Front strap serrations and beveled mawell. The sights are Trijicon for older eyes. Pins are nitre blued and finish is hot bluing.
I'm sure the dad will be happy with this one I hope.

Yes, the grip screws say Colt. The client brought them in. I'll ask were he got them. Nice touch.
