Third Massachusetts Judge Rules Suitability Unconstitutional

Seems odd that a MA judge would reverse his decision the next day. What’s their angle?

That’s not completely true that I think about it. There’s been some incidences where it takes two..
A raccoon at 6 feet and a fox at about 200 feet I end up blowing their hands off by mistake.

And goddamn groundhog…. I tried to smoke them out, but he never resurfaced.

If somebody gets their field kit out and start sharpening a knife it’s an immediate hint you need medical attention
 
I was just about to go talk the doctor about my erections..,,,, that’s really up there on my list of problems.. it’s also up there with register my guns and tell people to f*** the f*** off

Might have spoken about the case with a trusted friend who told them to extract their cranium from their rectum over a he said / she said denial of fundamental rights.
