TMAGs

They're all good. I'll be stashing Tmags too when the prices level.
Outside of steel/aluminum mags,I get lancers.
For some reason that I have no idea why, I have a general hate for Magpul.
Maybe because of market saturation like Glock.
Yes it's completely horrible when someone makes decent products and actually makes them readily available. 🤣

Hates Magpul because they're everywhere; buys Strike Ind...
Never seen them anywhere else. Also haven't seen reports on them either.
I like strike stuff.

I'm weird. 🤷

Never had any issue with my PMAGs, be they 20, 30, 40 or the 60 round models. I just make sure to not use the gen2 as a monopod and it's all good. ;) I also have some Lancer and HexMags (wanted to try both out), along with a few steel mags.

I have ONE lower that has an issue dropping mags free when the release is pressed. But, it does that with ALL magazines, not just my Magpul mags. So not an issue with the magazine(s) but the magwell. Especially since those same mags drop without issue with other lowers. I plan to work on that lower in the next few days to make it 100%. You just need to pull the mag free on that lower.

Not sure if I'll go with the TMag's as of now. I'm leaning more towards getting the windowed PMags first.

I was thinking more so a long the lines of

timber creek
Don’t know enough about them to comment
spikes tactical(comedic lower engravings aside)
Spikes actually has pretty good quality control. Their engravings are cringe. I say that and have four as they were the best I could get before the whole 2016 thing. Before I was aware of the mill….. They all gauge out within spec. More than I can say for any Anderson I’ve touched.

gun tech (even though I kinda want a couple parts for a bs build)
Never heard of them

Some of the utg stuff(they are stepping up their quality and doing us manufacturing)
Their stuff is just for the poors and people who just don’t know any better.

I buy hex mags from AT3 tactical. They work good, at least the 10 rounders that is.
They're ok. The followers suck and the springs are a little weak. The early 10rnders were the best, because of reasons.

Strike is AIDS cause they make stupid junk out of shit materials. The stupid edgy lines, the anodizing. Market it like it’s the best and most innovative product ever.

When I think of the average SI buyer I picture a “Kyle” driving a 2nd Gen Ram with a passenger floor full of empty monsters, possibly a meth addiction, heading out to the woods to shoot dirt/garbage and has the worst muzzle/trigger discipline on the planet.

I have some of their parts and only had 1 issue with a gas block machine tolerance. Everything else has been a ok

My 80% Anderson has been fine as fine

That because you did the machining. I swear their QC is just a quick glance and then send it. Not a big deal as I don’t expect much out of a $25 lower. The only real reason I have hate for them is when lowers were hard to get shitheads we’re charging $100+ for one. WAY too much for that type of quality, and why I tell people to spend more if it’s going to be your only rifle that you may one day have to rely on. For f***ing around at the range, perfect.
